Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Airmid's Holistic Witchery. To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy before scheduling your session. 1. Booking Appointments All appointments can be booked online via our website or by contacting us directly at airmidsholisticwitchery@gmail.com or via SMS/Whatsapp on 07528782878. Payment for your session is due in full at the time of your appointment. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee of £5. Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, no fee will be charged. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, we are entitled to take 50% of the total session cost, which will be invoiced. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session. If you are late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full session fee will still apply. 4. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be invoiced for 50% of the total session cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings. 5. Health Considerations If you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please inform us as soon as possible. We will be happy to reschedule your session to ensure the health and safety of everyone. 6. Payment We accept payments via cash, bank transfer or debit card. Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. 7. Privacy and Confidentiality Your privacy is important to us. All information shared during your booking and sessions is kept strictly confidential. 8.
